Author Guidelines

General Information

  • Manuscripts should be written in English using Cambria font and A4 page size.
  • Margin: Top 2.5 cm, Bottom 2 cm, Left 2.5 cm, Right 2 cm.
  • The paper length is limited to 1 page, excluding title, author info, abstract, keywords, and references.
  • Use the provided template to ensure correct formatting.

 

Article Structure

  1. Title Page
  • Title: Cambria 14, Bold, Sentence case, Centered.
  • Author(s): List full names with an asterisk (*) for the corresponding author.
  • Affiliation: University/Institution and Country.
  • Email: For corresponding author.
  1. Article Info Section
  • Include the Article history (Received, Revised, Accepted dates).
  • Cambria 9 font.
  1. Abstract
  • Max 150 words, Cambria 9, Justified.
  • Provide a concise summary of the background, methods, results, and conclusion.
  1. Keywords
  • 3–5 keywords, in alphabetical order.
  • Cambria 9 font, separated by commas.
  1. Main Text Sections
  • Use the structure:
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion

Introduction

Include:

  • Background
  • Problem statement
  • Literature review
  • Research novelty and objective

Materials and Methods

Describe:

  • Research design and procedure
  • Diagrams, flowcharts, or algorithms
  • Data collection methods
  • References to support methodology

Figures and Tables

  • Centered alignment.
  • Table titles: Above table, centered.
  • Figure captions: Below figure, centered.
  • Mention all figures and tables in the main text.
  • Use Cambria 11 for captions.

Equations

  • Numbered sequentially with right alignment.
  • Variables in italic.
  • Use parentheses and commas appropriately.
  1. Miscellaneous Guidelines
  • Use consistent abbreviations and define them at first use
  • Avoid using abbreviations in the title.
  • Decimal format: use 0.25, not .25.
  • Units should follow SI format (e.g., cm³ not cc).

  • Follow Vancouver style (numeric).
  • Use justify alignment and Mendeley or similar reference managers.

Describe the role of each author in the research and writing process.

  • Acknowledgment

Optional. Mention contributors or funders not listed as authors.

  • Ethical Approval

If the research involves humans or animals, provide:

"This study was approved by [Name of Ethics Committee], Approval No. [XXXX]. Informed consent was obtained..."

If not applicable, write:

“Not applicable,” and provide a reason.

  1. Citation Format in Text
  • Use numerical citations in brackets: e.g., [1], [2].
  • For multiple references: [3,4] or [5–7].
